Born 1945. Member since 2010. Mats Pettersson was until 2007 the CEO of Biovitrum AB. He is the chairman of the board of
Lundbeck A/S and board member of Ablynx NV, to-BBB Holding B.V, Aquapharma Biodiscovery Ltd and Photocure AS. Mats Pettersson has over 30 years' experience of the pharmaceutical industry, and was Senior Vice President and member of the management group of Pharmacia Corporation before the establishment of Biovitrum.

Dr Rolfsen has over 25 years' experience of the pharmaceutical industry, has had leading positions at Pharmacia in the field of research and development and was CEO of Quintiles Scandinavia AB. Dr Rolfsen is the chairman of the board of Aprea AB and Denator AB, and a board member of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ), TFS Trial Form Support International AB, Artimplant AB, Stiftelsen Industrifonden, Aker Biomarine AS and Axis Shield Plc.

and CEO of Barrier Therapeutics (U.S.) and has held leading positions at

Born 1969. Member since 2009. Torbjörn Koivisto is a business lawyer specialising in company and commercial law. His experience includes working for Mannheimer Swartling, Lindahl and Bird & Bird. Since 2006 he has been working for his own business-law advisory company IARU (Institutet för Affärsjuridisk Rådgivning i Uppsala AB). He works in close collaboration with the board in both startups and listed companies.
